In the year 2000, the JEZIGN brand, founded by Mr. Jez Marston, started the process of revolutionizing the footwear industry. The company secured two patents on a brand new and innovative way to illuminate footwear. Instead of flashing lights that blink when taking a step, JEZIGN's patented technology provides the individual wearing the shoes with the ability to turn the continuous illumination on or off at their discretion. This feature brought JEZIGN's shoes to the cutting edge of style, safety, and technology. Our technology can be applied to a wide variety of styles of footwear, including basketball shoes, running shoes, casual footwear, and boots.
JEZIGN's footwear was initially released to select retailers who saw the novelty and vision for the technology. The customer response was tremendous and extremely positive. Now, we are poised to launch brand new styles in 2018–2019. Contact us to learn more about JEZIGN or our technologies.
1. How do you operate the shoe?
Plug the battery or USB cable into the connector located in the tongue of the shoe. Once the battery is charged, turn the lights on or off with the button located on the side of the shoe.
2. How long does the battery last?
It depends on how long you have the shoe turned on, but typically the lights will provide 48-72 hours of continuous illumination. Please remember, however, that JEZIGN provides for a replaceable battery compartment in the tongue so that when the battery does drain, it can easily be replaced with a new battery. Also, select models will have a USB charging port so that the battery can be charged.
3. If JEZIGN has patents on this technology, how come I have seen imitation shoes that copy JEZIGN’s technology?
Many times when new and revolutionary products come on the market, they are imitated. JEZIGN has begun taking steps to enforce our intellectual property rights. To see an example of a knockoff, visit our Fakes page.
4. Where can I purchase?
Currently, JEZIGN footwear can be purchased/pre-ordered from our online store. (COMING SOON)
